Terms of service
These terms cover the Guitarry mobile app and guitarry.com. Using either means you agree to them.
What Guitarry is
Guitarry is a guitar learning companion: structured lessons you read and practice from, a chromatic tuner that listens on-device, and a metronome. The practice screen can show your camera view like a mirror so you can watch your own hands. Guitarry does not watch or listen to your playing to grade it — live coaching features are in development and will be described honestly when they ship.
Guitarry Pro subscription
Guitarry Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year (founding price), each starting with a 7-day free trial. Pro unlocks alternate tuning presets, advanced metronome tools, and practice history, plus founding-member early access to live coaching features as they roll out.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when the free trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Use “Restore purchases” in the app’s Settings to recover an active subscription on a new device. If prices change, existing subscribers are notified in advance and can cancel first.
Your use
Guitarry’s lessons, fretboard graphics, and app content belong to Guitarry and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, resell, or redistribute them. Practice sensibly — stop if something hurts; lesson content is instructional information, not personal instruction.
No warranty, limited liability
Guitarry is provided “as is.” We work hard to make the tuner accurate and the metronome steady, but we don’t guarantee the app is error-free or always available, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your home country.
Ending or changing things
You can stop using Guitarry at any time; the app’s Settings → Delete my data erases everything it stores on your device (see the privacy policy). We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
